Our training initiatives

The Institute for mechanical engineering offers a number of initiatives for master’s and PhD students in the field: research laboratory immersion internships, funding for innovative TPs resulting from research initiatives, CIFRE theses in collaboration with socio-economic partners. We are also developing a doctoral programme in liaison with the "Engineering sciences" doctoral school and an educational platform for research and development student projects.  At international level, we support the international mobility of students and we are working closely with the CIVIS alliance, European civic university. The institute also has within its scope an Erasmus Mundus master’s degree  (Masters in Waves) and a dual Masters in Mechanical Engineering.

Thanks to an IMI grant, I was able to take part in an exceptional 3-month internship, which gave me the opportunity to fully discover the world of Research. This first positive experience convinced me to opt for a Research-oriented M2 and then go on to do a PhD.
