Take part in Massilia Solar Cooking 21! - #MSCC21
On Saturday, June 19, 2021 from 09:00 to 15:00, Polytech Marseille , Restaurant Le Présage and Les festins Photoniques are co-organizing the 1st solar cooking competition, in partnership with Laboratoire IUSTI andInstitut IMI.

A competition open to all!
The competition is open to all amateur and professional cooks who share our values and want to spread the word about this great project. Everyone is welcome to bring their own solar cooker, or use one of those made available by the competition organizers, to make a fruit- or vegetable-based dish of their choice.
The IUSTI Laboratory and the Institut Mécanique et Ingénierie (IMI) are the R&D partners in the research project led by Benjamin KADOCH, teacher-researcher at Polytech Marseille, to develop an autonomous cooking system based on concentrated solar energy (Scheffler parabola) with heat storage, overcoming the intermittent nature of this resource.
